The check -in and check – out times are flexible to coincide with the needs of the customer and the operator. Even for breakfast times are flexible: you can easily choose your arrival time and arrange this with the manager. You can also choose what to consume from a wide selection of food and beverages: milk, coffee, cappuccino, juice, juices, tea and sweets of various kinds. The Italian breakfast but on request you can opt for a continental breakfast and, if desired, can be served in your room.
The B & B is located on the fourth floor of an old building in the heart of Trastevere. The lift is the key that will be provided to the customer at his arrival.

Customers who want to take advantage of the room service to clean the room and the beds are made daily with the manager must agree on the time you leave the free premises for such cleaning . The bed linen (sheets , mattress covers and coprifedere etc. ) and personal towels are changed every 3 days. It ‘still possible to obtain a replacement at any time during your stay , if there was need . No linen changes can save unnecessary in washes and detergents : less pollution and more respect for the environment!
The air conditioning is present in one of the rooms as Trastevere, is subject to the harsh laws of ” Urban Decor “, but there is no cause for alarm , all other rooms are air-conditioned, however, in another way and you will not suffer from the heat.
The area where is located the B & B is within walking distance of ” Trastevere by night ” but, despite this, the street where it is located is quiet and gives you peace of mind and tranquility to the guests who come to visit us. Each room is equipped with double-glazed windows that make it even more quiet.
No. You will be given a bunch of keys, so you’ll be free to get in and out at any time.
Yes. On the day of your departure, you’ll be given another bunch of keys that you can use to come over and collect your luggage.
